I took a few photos this afternoon of my Mom and some of her animals. Nice autumn colours and cute pets!

So my Mom HATES being photographed… I kept pleading with her to let me take a photo of her cause the light was so nice… she turned around and screamed at me – and I got a better shot than I could’ve planned. Nice one Mom!

I took this long exposure last night just for fun. Aperture was at f22, exposed for 30″ with an ISO of 3200… looks pretty rad!

So I bought my Canon 5D Mark II (with EF 24-105 L IS USM Lens) about a week ago – very exciting – my first ‘real camera’! I spent a whole lot of time reading through all the functions and taking as many pics as I could. Below are the first few photos that I like. I was lucky enough to have a great model – Emma Menteath – so all the credit goes to her!
